It’s no secret that I love mushrooms. If you’ve read my One-Pot Mushroom Bone Broth Risotto recipe, you’ll know I’ve already geeked out over all their benefits.
A few months ago, I tried the chicken and mushroom pie at The Fox’s Pantry and haven’t stopped thinking about it since. Maybe it was because I was absolutely starving at the time (isn’t that always the way?), or maybe it was just that good.
One of my most-loved recipes ever is the Chicken and Greens Pie from my Family Favourites - Meals ebook. There’s just something nostalgic and comforting about a good pie. This one, with mushrooms front and centre, is especially cosy and flavour-packed. I love serving it with a simple rocket salad. I hope you love it too!
